How to make Blue Pea Tea

Making Blue Butterfly Pea flower tea is very simple and fun.

Add 3 to 5 Blue Butterfly Pea flowers to hot or cold water or even your favourite gin cocktail.  Over the next 1-2 minutes the flowers will slowly turn your drink a beautiful bright blue colour. Add a few drops of lemon and watch the colour change to a deep purple.
